Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our policy on donation and ticket refunds.

Donations

One-time donations are non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed processing error – contact us at info@jctcenter.org. If a refund is issued on a tax-deductible donation, a corrected tax receipt will be provided.

Recurring (Monthly) Donations

Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting info@jctcenter.org. Cancellation applies to future payments only.

Tickets

Tickets to our events are sold through our ticketing partner, Eventim (formerly See Tickets). By default, tickets are non-refundable unless Jersey City Theater Center cancels or postpones the event; booking and service fees are never refundable. If you purchased optional Ticket Protection at checkout, refund eligibility for personal circumstances is governed by that separate insurance plan, not by this policy.

To request a ticket refund, please contact us first at info@jctcenter.org. If we’re unable to resolve your request directly, Eventim/See Tickets support (support.seetickets.us) is the next step.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Jersey City Theater Center

If we cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or exchange at face value; booking and service fees remain non-refundable.
